You will be an active participant in your pregnancy and birth. We service low-risk clients only and work with them according to Colorado state regulations. I have created protocols of practice according to ancient art, modern practice and state and national law. I will gladly work in conjunction with other health care providers in order to best serve you. Many insurance companies cover midwifery care. I support your desire for a natural and gentle birth with minimal intervention. There is a focus on peaceful and low-intervention birth but skilled and efficient care in case of emergencies. I will provide uninterrupted continuity of care through pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum.
Prenatal Care: monthly visits through the 2nd trimester, bi-weekly visits through the 3rd trimester, weekly visits during the final month until delivery
